Summary
The development is structured into two main blocks: a workplace with modular meeting rooms and technologically advanced co-working areas, and a smart living area dedicated to relaxation, dining, and wellness. Our studio was entrusted with the design of the living spaces, focusing on creating environments that foster comfort, balance, and a strong sense of community. Through this contribution, the project evolves into more than a workplace—it becomes a holistic ecosystem for modern life.
Challenge
The challenge lay in designing the living spaces so they would complement the intensity of the work areas, offering an authentic counterpoint without losing coherence with the overall vision. The living block needed to integrate hospitality, wellness, and leisure functions in a way that felt fluid, welcoming, and adaptable, avoiding the risk of fragmentation while preserving a distinct identity.
Solutions
Our response was to shape the smart living area with a design language centered on comfort, well-being, and social exchange. The restaurant spaces were conceived to encourage conviviality, while the wellness areas prioritize sensory experience and balance. By aligning spatial quality with the project’s broader ambition, our studio contributed to a living environment that enhances the hub’s identity and ensures that work and life come together in a harmonious whole.
